Our Purpose:
Not
every organisation is able to have a dedicated Compensation and Benefits resource.
Those that exist are usually extremely busy people with very many activities
to complete in very tight timescales. Global Reward Management Limited has the
specialist knowledge and skills to be able to work with you either alongside
or in lieu of a dedicated Reward professional team. We can be working on key
projects or undertaking critical research and/or administration which are so
time consuming but need specialist input. We are experienced in all aspects
of UK and International Reward and can be available for regular ongoing work
or to provide an additional resource for ad hoc requirements.
Who
are we?
Our
Primary Consultant is Wendy Sales. Wendy is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with
a BSc (Hons) in Economics. With
over 10 years experience in senior (mainly international) Compensation &
Benefits roles, she has also held HR generalist roles so fully understands how
Reward links in with broader elements of HR. With an early specialisation in
all aspects of expatriate administration and management, she has subsequently
been responsible for formulating and implementing all elements of Compensation
& Benefits Strategy in organisations in a number of different industries,
including 'not for profit'. A very brief overview of recent roles and some key
